Revisiting of Pt 2 of my musings of the Bill of Rights

http://musingsinthewilderness.blogspot.com/2009/11/pt-2-of-musings-on-bill-of-rights.html this is a link to the post , and as i stated there was a part missing from the us code as i remembered it , and then i was reminded,by a learned friend that us code has and can be changed frequently and all it takes is a simple amendment vote for in Congress.
The part i remember as being there as the third part , had to do with Irregular Unorganized Militias, it was those that did not fall under the organized militia , and did not fall under the terms of the unorganized militia due to age or some other disqualifying factor this group had no military organization or officers and to my view were considered the very last called if the need would ever arise.
It took me a while but i finally remembered it with some prodding and thought.
